Pecan Balls
Ingredients:
2 c. flour (plain)
¼ c. sugar
½ tsp. Salt
1 c. butter
2 tsp. Vanilla (or more)
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation:
Combine flour, sugar and salt. Mix in butter and vanilla. Add nuts. Mix
together well. Shape into balls. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes or until pale brown.
Let cool slightly, then toss gently in powdered sugar.
